During the pandemic, I sought to expand my skills and knowledge by starting my own business. I collaborated with a talented family member, a former animator at Studio Ghibli, to create unique characters that I transformed into products to sell online.

I aimed to reach the huge market of BTS fans, also known as the ARMY, through various social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Through consistent marketing efforts, I was able to build a significant following, with over 2000 Twitter followers, 900 Instagram followers, and 940k YouTube views in just one year.

As a small business owner, I was responsible for all aspects of the product creation process, from designing the stickers, greeting cards, pin buttons, and even 3D craft paper room packs, to the physical production, packing, shipping, and customer service. This hands-on experience allowed me to develop a wide range of skills and gain invaluable knowledge in entrepreneurship.
